March 2025 - The BC Outdoors Show is next weekend! If you're anywhere near the Lower Mainland, come out for a hi-5 and check out some cool stuff! I'll have the new Magnacut The One, Bushfuckers, LOTS of awesome kitchen and hunting knives, and you've gotta get your hands on some Grip-Tec in person. I've also announced that I'm teaming up with the fine folks at 360 Sportsman to develop and launch my very own knife making masterclass! I'm super excited about this, my guy Matt Williams (who filmed and produced the mini docs linked above) is coming back to Northern BC to film it with me, it's going to be great!! Right now we're in the pre-launch phase, which means you can help me shape this thing into what you want to see. 360 Sportsman has set up a quick online survey at knifemaking.360sportsman.org where you can help me point the class in the right direction, sign up for the waitlist so you won't possibly miss out when we launch, AND even get a discount for your trouble. February 2025 - It's definitely winter here in BC, Canada! And to celebrate, I've finally converted my web store to CAD. This has been a long time coming. Originally, it made a lot more sense for me to sell in USD because most of my customers are from the states and at the time many of my suppliers were too. These days I do my best to buy local in British Columbia, or at least in Canada when I can. With the exchange rate going crazy, it no longer made sense to sell in American from here in the great frozen north. So happy shopping, Christmas is only 56 weeks away!

January 2025 - I forgot all about this! Nobody scrolls down this far anyway. Nevertheless, the new The One model is awesome. Magnacut supersteel, skeletonized micarta handle, kydex sheath. Also I'll be at the BC Outdoors Show again this March in Chilliwack, come see what's new! The signature collabs are crushing, with Cliff Gray running 2 models, Ashley Stuckless selling his ultralight super quick, and the new Ryan Lampers featuring Grip-Tec handle scales is about to drop! August 2023 - A smart internet guy told me to start a blog on my knife making website, including lots of keywords like knife and axe and hunting and cooking and chef and kitchen and culinary and handmade and forge and back country and camping etc so this section will be updated semi-regularly with lots of text, probably generated by ai, in the hopes of drawing more eyeballs to my website.
